How Our Way Finding App Works
Upon inputting the vehicle into the system, the valet will have the option to give the guest directions to any location in the building (front desk, emergency room, cafeteria, etc.). The guest will then receive a link via text with directions to their desired destination. This feature also works for self-park guests; QR codes can be placed around the garage to offer access to the wayfinding feature. When the guest wants to reach their vehicle, the wayfinding feature will bring them back to their vehicle.
