Phoenix Parking is a full-service parking management and consulting company established in 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our operational philosophy is to promote exceptional people from within. Our management team has over 40 years of combined parking experience. Our team’s broad experience allows us to provide valet and attendant services, cashiering and collections, on-site supervision, professional accounting for the property owner and daily inspection services.

Our services are designed to make optimum use of the available space and to yield the greatest possible profit for the property owner, offering complete profit & loss statements and custom reporting.

  • Pre-Employment Process

    All new team members must pass a stringent pre-employment process that ensures compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This includes criminal, driving and drug screenings for new hires and current employees.

  • Training Process

    Our employees undergo rigorous training with experienced Lot Managers who ensure our valets are fully prepared to provide excellent service in high pressure situations.

Midtown West developed and manages several locations, to include The Brady Garage, which services the restaurants The Optimist, Eight Sushi and Public School 404, as well as The Brady Apartments, Brickworks, and a variety of retail locations in the area. A multitude of valets and service managers are required to service the high-turnover transient parking that frequents this area.

Phoenix Parking developed a comprehensive operational plan for G & E Properties to service its many locations. This consisted of the management of numerous surface lot parking locations all centered near the entrance to Piedmont Park between 10th and 12th Streets in Atlanta. This assemblage of a multitude of lots required constant contact with property managers to maintain a set amount of spaces for the use of property tenants.
